I’m Ralphy Grey, a Berlin-based music producer with a powerful retro electro-house pop style, creating a unique musical blend. Today, I’d like to tell you what makes me unique as a musician. And best of all, on 15 December, my brand new single, “Dance With Me,” will conquer the music scene.

My musical roots go deep back to my childhood. Growing up in a family of musicians in the former GDR, I came into contact with rock and pop music at an early age. I took my first steps as a musician with guitar, piano, and drums, but even then, it was clear that my heart beat for production.
From school DJ to studio owner
As a schoolboy, I earned my pocket money as a DJ, gathering inspiration by recording my favorite music from the radio onto cassettes. I later formed my first band and eventually studied music in Leipzig and Berlin. My dissatisfaction with the sound of other studios led me to start producing myself.
In 2015, I opened my first studio in the legendary Funkhaus der DDR, where I produced for numerous national and international artists. But it wasn’t until 2020, when I received a synth-wave inquiry from a Hamburg publishing house, that my own project got rolling. The result? The album “Neon Journey” and the start of my unique musical fusion. Since then, I’ve enjoyed working on my songs with guest singers from many countries.
The magic of “Dance With Me”
My music combines driving house rhythms, powerful bass lines, and catchy hooks – a mix that is hard to pigeonhole into one genre, but that’s precisely why it’s so captivating. My latest single, “Dance With Me,” promises to push the boundaries of summer hits while conjuring up the perfect mood for the cold season.
“Dance With Me” is more than just a song – it’s an invitation to escape the everyday world and throw yourself into the energetic world of an unforgettable night. With HILLER, the frontman of Maybebop, I create an anthem that makes you happy and celebrates the unifying power of music.
